The Active Shooter Hallagan Tool combines both a non-sparking fork end and a more robust stainless steel wedge and horn. Also featured are friction ridges on the face of the wedge for added positioning stability when breaching even the most robust doors, such as those found in Government and School facilities. For additional safety, the ergonomic handle is designed to ensure proper hand placement and is electrically non-conductive to 100,000 volts AC for protection in dangerous and volatile environments.

Q: What are the electrically non-conductive handles made of?
A: All of Dynamic Entry’s handle systems are slightly different, but they all feature a fiberglass core that is surrounded by a molded poly propylene jacket.

Q: Are all your prying tools non-sparking?
A: No, only the Hallagan Tool, Spec. Op. Hallagan Tool, Padlock Buster and the Gorilla Bar are non-sparking. The other pry bars are constructed of a more robust, hardened stainless steel.

Q: How are the working ends secured to the handle?
A: The working ends of the pry bars are secured using a 2 part spiral-grind epoxy system which ensures a permanent bond.

Q: What type of metal are the non-sparking heads constructed of?
A: Our non-sparking tools are manufactured with a zinc-based alloy which is totally non-sparking.
